Everything you want, begins from a foundation of feeling safe enough to experience it first. When you learn more about how your Nervous System works, and what Emotional Regulation actually is, you create space to develop the skills to align with what your system needs most in the moment so you can build a sense of safety internally and externally.


Step 2 - Survey the Landscape

Learn how to fully inhabit your body so you can differentiate real time from trauma time and come back to the magic of the present moment. You'll practice proven techniques that will help you identify and tend to what's arising right now so you can better take care of yourself first, and those around you (as needed), with conscious awareness, appropriate capacity, discernment and skill.


Step 3 - Share Intentionally

Practice identifying how your survival responses come out full force under pressure and learn to lean into your inherent regulatory capacity and how to access effective embodied communication, especially in challenging conversations. Cultivate tangible internal and external boundaries to access more connection in your relationships to harness your innate freedom, autonomy and authenticity. Regulation 101 was very powerful in helping me understand HOW to regulate my nervous system.
