  1. "Overwhelm" is a consistent word in your vocabulary. No matter how much you try to organize, delegate or meditate, you can't seem to get out from underneath the feeling of impending doom. 
  2. "Body, what body?" Module 1

Start with Safety

Everything you want starts from the foundation of feeling safe enough to experience it first.

When you learn more about HOW your nervous system works, and what emotional regulation feels like, you create space to develop the skillsto align with what your system needs most in the moment so you can build a sense of flexibility and ease in your responses rather than rigidity and knee-jerk reaction.

Module 2

Survey the Landscape

Learn how to FULLY INHABIT your body to be able to differentiate real time from trauma/stress time and come back to the magic of the present moment.

Practice proven techniques will help you decrease the noise so you can tend to what's arising in the here and now to better care of yourself FIRST (and those around you as needed), with conscious awareness, appropriate capacity, wise discernment and somatic skillfulness.

Module 3

Share Intentionally 

Identify how your survival responses come out in full force under pressure and learn to lean into your inherent regulatory capacity first to acess effective embodied communication, especially in challenging conversations.

Bring your mind, heart, voice and body on the same team so you can access your full range of expression in the present moment.

Module 4

Set Boundaries

Cultivate visceral internal and external boundaries to access more connection in your relaitonships to harness your innate freedom, autonomy and authenticity.

Learn how to differentiate between what's for you and what's not for you in this season of your life so you can move forward with clarity, intention and purpose.

Hi, I'm Abby

...a Trauma-Trained Somatic Coach, SEP (Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner) on a mission to help you discover Your Essential Self through Somatic Healing, Nervous System Regulation and Trauma Resolution. I've helped hundreds of clients resolve trauma and chronic stress through my work and would love to guide you through this revolutionary process.

 

I went through decades of searching for answers until I found body=based therapy and Somatic Experiencing® and I haven't looked back since! I've found so much joy, purpose and meaning in this work, and helping other humans find that same joy is my ultimate passion.

But it wasn't always this way...

I've come a long way in my own trauma recovery journey and I and I'm proud to say I know my experience and insight helps me be the best guide for you. I'm currently 12 1/2 years sober but have a history of alcohol and drug addiction due to developmental and acute trauma.

I'm also recovered from 10+ years various trauma-induced eating disorders, clinical depression/anxiety + chronic fatigue/chronic health issues.

I've been in and out of toxic + narcissistic relationships and am happy to say I will be celebrating 10 years of marriage to the most wonderful partner in November 2023! 

Throughout my journey, I also went through multiple hospitalizations, tried so many medications, went through a revolving door of doctors + I felt like I tried every healing modality on the market.
